Rudolph began his running journey as a 400 m sprinter before moving into endurance sport, a shift that led to more than 200 races across marathons, ultras, stage events, and Ironmans. That experience shaped his view of running as a long-term, sustainable discipline built on consistency, curiosity, and respect for the body.
He believes endurance is not just about going far, but about building habits that last. His approach focuses on training smarter, recovering well, and keeping running enjoyable enough to stay with for life.
Rudolph also sees running as one of the best ways to explore the world, with each new race offering the chance to experience new places, people, and shared kilometers.
Whether helping someone train for their first 5K or preparing for his own next challenge, Rudolph brings a practical passion for making running accessible, sustainable, and rewarding.
